[Simple Recipe] Fried Rice

2 bowls of rice

half cup of cabbage, slice

half cup of carrot, dice

half cup of pineapple, dice

half cup of hot dog , slice

1 onion, slice

3 pips of garlic, slice

2 tablespoon of soy sauce

2 tablespoon of oyster sauce

3 tablespoon of oil

ground pepper



1. Saute garlic and onion.

2 .Add hot dog, stir-fry till the hot dog cook well. Then add all the vegetables and pineapple.      Stir fry again for 2 minutes.

3. Put in the rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt to taste and ground pepper.

4. Mix well for a minute, its done.





[Simple Recipe] Fried Bok Choy


A bowl of sliced bok choy

1 egg

1 tablespoon of fish sauce

2 pieces of garlic, slice

1 onion, slice

salt to taste

1/4 cup of water mix with 1/2 tablespoon of corn starch

2 tablespoon of oil


1 Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and onion.

2 After the garlic turn brown, put in the bok choy and fish sauce.

3. Simmer for few minutes then add the corn starch, egg and salt to taste.

4. Cook for 3-4 minutes and mix well, ready to serve.



[Simple Recipe] Fried Long Bean


A bowl of long bean

2 red dried chilies, slice

3 shallots

2 pieces of garlic

half cup of anchovy

Sugar and salt to taste


1 Clean anchovy and pound with shallots and garlic.

2 Heat 4 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Put in the dried chilies, stir well.

Put in the pounded ingredients.

3 Let the anchovy cook and turn brown in colour , then add the long bean.

Add a little sugar and salt to taste.

4. Cook for 3-4 minutes to keep fresh and green in colour.

Serve warm.










[Simple Recipe] Black Pepper Potatoes


6 potatoes

1 onion (Slice)

2 garlic (Slice)

1/2 inch ginger (Slice)

1 tablespoon of black pepper (Pound)

2 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce

1 tablespoon of oyster sauce

Salt to taste



  1. Peel and wash potatoes. Cut into 4 pieces each.
  2. Deep fry the potatoes. After it is fully cook, leave only 2 tablespoon of oil in the frying pan.
  3. Add in all the sliced ingredients.
  4. Stir it till everything turns brownish.
  5. Add in salt, black pepper, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
  6. Mix well for 2 minutes and it is ready to serve!

[Simple Recipe] Fried Squid with Curry Powder


2 calamari(squid) (Clean & Cut)

A cup of long bean (Cut)

3 pieces of garlic (Slice)

2 tablespoon of curry powder

1/2 teapoon of salt

1/4 teaspoon of sugar



  1. Heat up 3 tablespoon of oil.
  2. Add garlic and still till it turns brownish.
  3. Add curry powder, squid, salt and sugar. (If it’s too dry, add 1/4 cup of water)
  4. Stir well for 3 minutes.
  5. Add long bean.
  6. Mix well. After the long bean is cook, it is ready to serve.

[Simple Recipe] Fried Brinjals/Eggplants


2 brinjals (Cut into half)

3 pieces of garlic

3 red chilies

1 onion (Slice)

1 tablespoon of dried shrimp (Wash & pound)

1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar

A little salt



  1.  Deep fried brinjals until it turns brown and place it in a plate.
  2. Blend chilies and garlic
  3. take 4 tablespoon of oil from the deep fried brinjals pan and heat it in a pan.
  4. Add in the blended mixture into the pan.
  5. Add in the pounded shrimp.
  6. Stir and let it cook well.
  7. Add the sliced onion, sugar ad a little salt to taste.
  8. Mix well for 2 minutes and pour it on the fried brinjals. Done.

[Simple Recipe] Fried Tofu/Beancurd



3 tofu/beancurd

2 onions (Slice)

3 pieces of garlic

4 dried chilies (Slice)

1 spring onion (Slice)

2 spoonful of parsley  (Chop)

Soy sauce to taste



  1. Cut each tofu into triangle and fry it till turns brown. Put aside.
  2. Take 3 tablespoon of oil from the fried tofu pan and heat it in a pan.
  3. Add sliced garlic and dried chilies in the heated pan. After it turns brown, add sliced onion and stir for a while.
  4. Add in the fried tofu, spring onion, parsley and soy sauce to taste.
  5. Mix well for 3 minutes and it is ready!
