1 bowls of wet noodles
1/2 cup mustard leave
1/2 cup of chinese cabbage
1 chicken cube
3 shallot, chopped
2 pips of garlic, chopped
1 red chili, slice
2 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoon of oil
spring onion, parsley, tomato for garnishing
1. Heat 3 tablespoon of oil in a pot. Saute garlic and shallot. Add 2 bowls of water
and the cube. Bring to boil.
2. Add the vegetables, soy sauce and chili for 1 minute. Then put in the noodles and
egg. Heat till the egg 1/2 cook and its ready.
3. Put in a bowl and garnish with spring onion, parsley, tomato and sprinkle
