2 calamari(squid) (Clean & Cut)
A cup of long bean (Cut)
3 pieces of garlic (Slice)
2 tablespoon of curry powder
1/2 teapoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of sugar
- Heat up 3 tablespoon of oil.
- Add garlic and still till it turns brownish.
- Add curry powder, squid, salt and sugar. (If it’s too dry, add 1/4 cup of water)
- Stir well for 3 minutes.
- Add long bean.
- Mix well. After the long bean is cook, it is ready to serve.
