[Simple Recipe] Fried Squid with Turmeric

Ingredients;

4 squids. clean and cut

A cup of sliced french beans

1 red chili, sliced

1 green chili, sliced

1 onion, slice

2 pips of garlic, slice

1 1/2 tablespoon of corn flour

Salt, Turmeric, Black Pepper

 

Instructions;

1.Season squid with salt, turmeric and corn starch.  Deep fried squid and put in

a bowl.

2. Take 3 tablespoon oil from the deep fried, heat in a pan and saute onion, garlic, chilies,

french bean. Keep the french bean crispy, then add the fried squid, pepper and salt to

taste.  Mix well and its ready to eat with rice.

[Simple Recipe] Fried Rice

2 bowls of rice

half cup of cabbage, slice

half cup of carrot, dice

half cup of pineapple, dice

half cup of hot dog , slice

1 onion, slice

3 pips of garlic, slice

2 tablespoon of soy sauce

2 tablespoon of oyster sauce

3 tablespoon of oil

ground pepper

salt

Instruction

1. Saute garlic and onion.

2 .Add hot dog, stir-fry till the hot dog cook well. Then add all the vegetables and pineapple.      Stir fry again for 2 minutes.

3. Put in the rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt to taste and ground pepper.

4. Mix well for a minute, its done.

 

 

 

[Simple Recipe] Fried Bok Choy

Ingredients

A bowl of sliced bok choy

1 egg

1 tablespoon of fish sauce

2 pieces of garlic, slice

1 onion, slice

salt to taste

1/4 cup of water mix with 1/2 tablespoon of corn starch

2 tablespoon of oil

Instructions:

1 Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and onion.

2 After the garlic turn brown, put in the bok choy and fish sauce.

3. Simmer for few minutes then add the corn starch, egg and salt to taste.

4. Cook for 3-4 minutes and mix well, ready to serve.

 

 

[Simple Recipe] Potato Soup

Ingredients;

4 potatoes

1 cinnamon

4 pieces of garlic, slice

a cube of chicken stock

salt to taste

spring onion, black pepper

3 tablespoon of oil

5 bowls of water

Instructions;

1 .  Clean potatoes and cut each into 4 pieces.

2    Heat the oil in a pot. Add in the garlic and cinnamon.

3.   After the garlic turn brown, put in the cube, water and potatoes.

4.  Add salt, simmer till the potatoes are cook.

5. When its done, put in a bowl, garnish with spring onion and black pepper.

 

 

 

 

[Simple Recipe] Fried Long Bean

Ingredients

A bowl of long bean

2 red dried chilies, slice

3 shallots

2 pieces of garlic

half cup of anchovy

Sugar and salt to taste

Instructions

1 Clean anchovy and pound with shallots and garlic.

2 Heat 4 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Put in the dried chilies, stir well.

Put in the pounded ingredients.

3 Let the anchovy cook and turn brown in colour , then add the long bean.

Add a little sugar and salt to taste.

4. Cook for 3-4 minutes to keep fresh and green in colour.

[Simple Recipe] Mixed Vegetables Soup

Ingredients

A cup of Cabbage

A cup of carrot

A cup of broccoli

A cup of long bean

3 pieces of garlic, slice

1 tablespoon of dried shrimp, wash and pound

Spring onion, black pepper, salt to taste

3 tablespoon of oil

 

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pot.
  2. Add slice garlic and shrimp.
  3. Mix well, after it turns brown, add all the vegetables. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Then add 2 bowls of water, salt to taste and black pepper.
  5. Simmer for 7 minutes or until the vegetables half or fully cooked.
  6. Put in a bowl, garnish with spring onion.
