[Simple Recipe] Spinach Soup (Sup Bayam)

Ingredients

5 stalked of spinach (Wash & Cut)

2 baby carrot (Slice)

2 pieces of garlic (Slice)

1 red chili (Slice)

1 onion (Slice)

10 dried anchovies (Slice)

1 tablespoon of oil

Salt to taste

3 cups of water

 

Instructions

  1. Heat the pan .
  2. Add one tablespoon of oil.
  3. Add in anchovies and fry till fragrant.
  4. Then, add in garlic and onion.
  5. After the garlic and onion turn yellowish, add 3 cups of water.
  6. Leave to boil, then add spinach, carrot, chili and salt,
  7. Simmer for a few minutes and it is ready to serve.
