5 stalked of spinach (Wash & Cut)
2 baby carrot (Slice)
2 pieces of garlic (Slice)
1 red chili (Slice)
1 onion (Slice)
10 dried anchovies (Slice)
1 tablespoon of oil
Salt to taste
3 cups of water
- Heat the pan .
- Add one tablespoon of oil.
- Add in anchovies and fry till fragrant.
- Then, add in garlic and onion.
- After the garlic and onion turn yellowish, add 3 cups of water.
- Leave to boil, then add spinach, carrot, chili and salt,
- Simmer for a few minutes and it is ready to serve.
