1 angle loofah (Slice)
2 pieces of garlic (Slice)
1 tablespoon of dried shrimp (Soaked & Pound)
1 tablespoon of oil
Salt to taste
3 cups of water
- Heat the pan with one tablespoon of oil.
- Add shrimp, stir fry til fragrant, then put in the sliced garlic.
- Stir again for a minute, then put in the 3 cups of water, angle loofah and salt to taste.
- Let it boil for 10 minutes and it’s ready to serve.
