[Simple Recipe] Angle Loofah Soup (Sup Petola)

Ingredients

1 angle loofah (Slice)

2 pieces of garlic (Slice)

1 tablespoon of dried shrimp (Soaked & Pound)

1 tablespoon of oil

Salt to taste

3 cups of water

 

Instructions

  1. Heat the pan with one tablespoon of oil.
  2. Add shrimp, stir fry til fragrant, then put in the sliced garlic.
  3. Stir again for a minute, then put in the 3 cups of water, angle loofah and salt to taste.
  4. Let it boil for 10 minutes and it’s ready to serve.
