[Simple Recipe] Fried Anchovy (Ikan Bilis Goreng)

Ingredients

1 & 1/2 cup of anchovy ( Clean)

1 green chili (Slice)

1 red chili (Slice)

3 pieces of garlic (slice)

2 onion (slice)

Oil

Sugar

Instructions

  1. Deep fried anchovy. Put aside.
  2. Take 3 tablespoon of oil from the fried anchovy pan and heat it.
  3. Add garlic and onion. Stir till it is brown then add the chilies.
  4. Quickly, add the fried anchovy and sugar to taste. Stir well and it’s ready.
