Ingredients
1 & 1/2 cup of anchovy ( Clean)
1 green chili (Slice)
1 red chili (Slice)
3 pieces of garlic (slice)
2 onion (slice)
Oil
Sugar
Instructions
- Deep fried anchovy. Put aside.
- Take 3 tablespoon of oil from the fried anchovy pan and heat it.
- Add garlic and onion. Stir till it is brown then add the chilies.
- Quickly, add the fried anchovy and sugar to taste. Stir well and it’s ready.
