[Simple Recipe] Fried vegetables (Sayur Goreng)


A cup of cabbage (slice)

A cup of carrot (slice)

A piece of fish cake (slice)

10 balls of fish ball (cut into half)

A pinch of salt

A tablespoon of oyster sauce

2 piece of garlic (slice)



  1. Heat the frying pan
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of oil
  3. Add sliced garlic
  4. When the sliced garlic turns brown, add fish ball and fish cake.
  5. Stir for a minute
  6. Add sliced vegetables. oyster sauce and salt
  7. Stir it for a few minutes and it’s ready
