[Simple Recipe] Mixed Ginger Soup

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of sliced cauliflower
2 slice of ginger
1/2 cup of sliced cabbage
1/2 cup of sliced bok choy
1/2 cup of carrot
1 onion, sliced
3 pips of garlic, chopped
1 red chili, sliced
1 chicken cube
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
3 tablespoon of oil
Salt
2 1/2 bowl of water

Method:

1 Heat oil in a pot. Saute onion, garlic, ginger and red chili.
2 Add water, chicken cube, salt and fish sauce.
3 After the water boil, add all the vegetables.
4 Simmer till done.

Fried Vegetables with Fishcake

Ingredients;

1 fish cake, slice thinly

5 fish balls, each cut into half

1 onion, slice

2 slice of ginger

3 pips of garlic, slice

1/2 cup of chinese cabbage

1/2 cup of french bean

1/2 cup of carrot

1/2 cup of broccoli

soy sauce

2 tablespoon of oyster sauce

4 tablespoon of oil

water

Method;

1. Heat oil in a pot. Saute onion, garlic and ginger. Add fish cake and

fish balls. Stir fry for 2 minutes and add all the vegetables, sauce and

salt to taste.

2.  Add water as not to leave too dry. Stir a while, remove from heat

to keep the vegetables more crispy.

Note; Good to eat with rice porridge also can add any spicy

appetizer.

[Simple Recipe] Noodles Soup

Ingredients;

1 bowls of wet noodles

1/2 cup mustard leave

1/2 cup of chinese cabbage

1 chicken cube

3 shallot, chopped

2 pips of garlic, chopped

1 red chili, slice

2 tablespoon soy sauce

3 tablespoon of oil

spring onion, parsley, tomato for garnishing

white pepper

Methods

1. Heat 3 tablespoon of oil in a pot. Saute garlic and shallot. Add 2 bowls of water

and the cube. Bring to boil.

2. Add the vegetables, soy sauce and chili for 1 minute. Then put in the noodles and

egg. Heat till the egg 1/2 cook and its ready.

3. Put in a bowl and garnish with spring onion, parsley, tomato and sprinkle

white pepper.

 

 

[Simple Recipe] Fried Squid with Turmeric

Ingredients;

4 squids. clean and cut

A cup of sliced french beans

1 red chili, sliced

1 green chili, sliced

1 onion, slice

2 pips of garlic, slice

1 1/2 tablespoon of corn flour

Salt, Turmeric, Black Pepper

 

Instructions;

1.Season squid with salt, turmeric and corn starch.  Deep fried squid and put in

a bowl.

2. Take 3 tablespoon oil from the deep fried, heat in a pan and saute onion, garlic, chilies,

french bean. Keep the french bean crispy, then add the fried squid, pepper and salt to

taste.  Mix well and its ready to eat with rice.

[Simple Recipe] Fried Rice

2 bowls of rice

half cup of cabbage, slice

half cup of carrot, dice

half cup of pineapple, dice

half cup of hot dog , slice

1 onion, slice

3 pips of garlic, slice

2 tablespoon of soy sauce

2 tablespoon of oyster sauce

3 tablespoon of oil

ground pepper

salt

Instruction

1. Saute garlic and onion.

2 .Add hot dog, stir-fry till the hot dog cook well. Then add all the vegetables and pineapple.      Stir fry again for 2 minutes.

3. Put in the rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt to taste and ground pepper.

4. Mix well for a minute, its done.

 

 

 

[Simple Recipe] Fried Bok Choy

Ingredients

A bowl of sliced bok choy

1 egg

1 tablespoon of fish sauce

2 pieces of garlic, slice

1 onion, slice

salt to taste

1/4 cup of water mix with 1/2 tablespoon of corn starch

2 tablespoon of oil

Instructions:

1 Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and onion.

2 After the garlic turn brown, put in the bok choy and fish sauce.

3. Simmer for few minutes then add the corn starch, egg and salt to taste.

4. Cook for 3-4 minutes and mix well, ready to serve.

 

 

[Simple Recipe] Potato Soup

Ingredients;

4 potatoes

1 cinnamon

4 pieces of garlic, slice

a cube of chicken stock

salt to taste

spring onion, black pepper

3 tablespoon of oil

5 bowls of water

Instructions;

1 .  Clean potatoes and cut each into 4 pieces.

2    Heat the oil in a pot. Add in the garlic and cinnamon.

3.   After the garlic turn brown, put in the cube, water and potatoes.

4.  Add salt, simmer till the potatoes are cook.

5. When its done, put in a bowl, garnish with spring onion and black pepper.
